தினம் ஒரு சட்டம் - அனானியாக அல்லது ஆண்டவன் பெயரால் மிரட்டுதல்

     யாராவது,  ஒருவரை ஒருவர் மிரட்டினால் அது குற்றமாகும். மேலும் யாராவது அனானியாக மொட்டைக் கடிதம் மூலம் யார் மிரட்டுகின்றார்கள் என்ற விபரம் தெரியாமல் மிரட்டினால் அதுவும் குற்றமாகும்.


    அவருக்கு இ.த.ச 506 ல் வழங்கப்பட்ட தண்டனையுடன் மேலும் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகள் வரை சிறைக்காவலை அதிகப்படுத்தி தண்டனை விதிக்கப்படும்.

    அனானி என்ற பதம் தற்போதை கணினி உலகில் வேகமாக வளர்து வரும் ஒரு பதமாகும். அதனை தமிழில் பெயரில்லா என்ற பதத்திலும் அநாமத்தாக என்றும் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.


Section 507- Criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication



      Whoever commits the offence of criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication, or having taken precaution to conceal the name or abode of the person form whom the threat comes, 



   shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, in addition to the punishment provided for the offence by the last preceding section.

இ.த.ச 508

     யாராவது, ஒருவர் செய்யவேண்டிய செயலை செய்யக்கூடாது எனவும் அல்லது செய்ய கூடாத செயலை செய்யவேண்டும், அவ்வாறு மிரட்டும் நபர்,


      அவர் கூறியப்படி செய்ய வில்லையெனில் வேலையை செய்யாத அவரோ அல்லது அவருக்கு பிரியமான ஒருவருக்கோ கடவுளின் சாபம் உண்டாகும் என தன்னிச்சையாக ஆண்டவன் பெயரால் அச்சுறுத்துவதும் அல்லது அவ்வாறு அச்சுறுத்த முயற்சி செய்வதும் குற்றமாகும்.

      இந்த குற்றத்திற்கு ஒர் ஆண்டுகள் வரையில் சிறைகாவல் அல்லது அபராதம் அல்லது இரண்டும் தண்டனையாக வழங்கப்படும்.

Section 508- Act caused by inducing person to believe that he will be rendered an object of the Divine displeasure


      Whoever voluntarily causes or attempts to cause any person to do anything which that person is not legally bound to do, or to omit to do anything which he is legally entitled to do, by inducing or attempting to induce that person to believe that he or any person in whom he is interested will become or will be rendered by some act of the offender an object of Divine displeasure if he does not do the thing which it is the object of the offender to cause him to do, or if he does the thing which it is the object of the offender to cause him to omit, 

     shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

Illustrations - உதாரணங்கள்

அ - எ என்பவர் பி என்பவருக்கு கெடுதல் விளையவேண்டும் என பி என்பவரின் விட்டின் முன் தவம் இருக்கிறார். இந்த பிரிவின் படி எ என்பவர் குற்றமிழைக்கிறார்.

(a) A sits dharna at Z's door with the intention of causing it to be believed that, by so sitting, he renders Z an object of Divine displeasure. A has committed the offence defined in this section.

ஆ - ஒருவர் நரபலித் தர வேண்டும் என பிறரை மிரட்டுவதும் அதை செய்ய மறுத்தால் நான் என் பிள்ளையைக் கொன்று அதானால் உனக்கு கடவுளுடைய சாபம் உண்டாகும் என பயமுறுத்துவதும் இந்தப் பிரிவின் கீழ் குற்றமாகும்.

(b) A threatens Z that, unless Z performs a certain act, A will kill one of A's own children, under such circumstances that the killing would be believed to render Z an object of Divine displeasure. A has committed the offence defined in this section.

குறிப்பு - இந்த பகுதியில் உள்ளவற்றை பொது அறிவாக மட்டும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் ஏதாவது சட்ட நுனுக்கம் தவறாக இருப்பின் சுட்டிக் காட்டுங்கள் திருத்திக்கொள்கிறோம்.  இதையே இறுதி வடிவமாக எடுத்துக் கொள்ளக்கூடாது. மேலும் இது வழக்குக்குரியதல்ல.    இதில் வரும் படங்கள் கூகுள் தேடுப் பொறி மூலம் எடுக்கப்பட்டவை, தாங்களுக்கு உரியது என தகவல் தெரிவிப்பின் படம் நீக்கப்படும்.

  1. அதிகம் படியுங்கள் பயனுள்ளவைகளை தேவைப்படுவதையும் படியுங்கள், இதனை வேலை எதும் இல்லாமல் எழுத வில்லை காரணம் சட்டம் தெரியாதலால் நிறைய இழந்தேன் அந்த நிலைமை யாருக்கும் வர வேண்டாம் என்பதால் இந்த தளம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
