Section 284 in The Indian Penal Code

இதச 284.   விஷப்பொருட்களை வைத்திருப்போர் அவற்றை மிகுந்த கவனத்துடனும் எச்சரிக்கையுடனும் பாதுக்காப்பாக வைத்திருக்க  வேண்டும்,  பயன் படுத்தப்வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு வைத்திருப்போரின் அஜாக்கிரதனையால் அல்லது அசட்டு செயலால் மனித உயிருக்கு அபாயம் ஏற்ப்பட செய்வதும் அல்லது யாருக்காவது அதனால் தீங்கு ஏற்படாமல் பாதுக்காக்கத் தவறுவதும் குற்றமாகும்.   

    இந்த குற்றத்திற்கு ஆறு மாதங்கள் வரை சிறைக்காவல் அல்லது ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வரை அபராதம் அல்லது இரண்டும் சேர்த்து தண்டனையாக விதிக்கப்படும்.


  Negligent conduct with respect to poisonous substance.
   

 —Whoever does, with any poisonous substance, any act in a manner so rash or negligent as to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any person, or knowingly or negligently omits to take such order with any poisonous substance in his possession as is sufficient to guard against any probable danger to human life from such poisonous substance, 

    shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.

Section 285 in The Indian Penal Code

இதச 285. நெருப்பு அல்லது எளிதில் தீப்பற்றக்கூடிய பொருட்களை அசட்டுத் துணிச்சலுடன் அல்லது கவனமில்லாமல் மனித உயிருக்கு அபாயம் அல்லது உடலுக்குக்கு காயம் அல்லது தீங்கு ஏற்படும் விதத்தில் உபயோகிப்பது குற்றமாகும்.

. நெருப்பு அல்லது எளிதில் தீப்பற்றக்கூடிய பொருட்களை பிறருக்கு காயம் அல்லது தீங்கு அல்லது மனித உயிருக்கு அபாயம் ஏற்படாமல் பாதுக்காப்பாக வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். அதிலிருந்து தவறுவது குற்றமாகும்.

    இந்த குற்றத்திற்கு ஆறு மாதங்கள் வரை சிறைக்காவல் அல்லது ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வரை அபராதம் அல்லது இரண்டும் சேர்த்து தண்டனையாக விதிக்கப்படும்.

  

Negligent conduct with respect to fire or combustible mat­ter.

  
     —Whoever does, with fire or any combustible matter, any act so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, or knowingly or negligently omits to take such order with any fire or any combustible matter in his possession as is sufficient to guard against any probable danger to human life from such fire or combustible matter, 

      shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. 

Section 286 in The Indian Penal Code

    இதச 286. அசாதாரண துணிச்சலுடன் அல்லது கவனக்கறைவாக , மனித உயிருக்கும் உடலுக்கும் அபாயத்தை ஏற்படுத்தக்கூடிய அளவில் வெடி மருந்துப்பொருட்களை பயன்படுத்துவது குற்றமாகும்.

     
     தம் வசத்தில் உள்ள அத்தகைய வெடிப்பொருட்களை மனித உயிருக்கு அபாயம் ஏற்படாமல் பாதுக்காப்பாக வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். அதிலிருந்து தவறுவது குற்றமாகும்.

      இந்த குற்றத்திற்கு ஆறு மாதங்கள் வரை சிறைக்காவல் அல்லது ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வரை அபராதம் அல்லது இரண்டும் சேர்த்து தண்டனையாக விதிக்கப்படும். 
 

  Negligent conduct with respect to explosive substance.

    
    —Whoever does, with any explosive substance, any act so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, or knowingly or negligently omits to take such order with any explosive substance in his possession as is sufficient to guard against any probable danger to human life from that substance, 

    shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. 

Section 287 in The Indian Penal Code

இதச 287.  மனித உயிருக்கும் உடலுக்கும் அபாயம் அல்லது காயம் அல்லது தீங்கு ஏற்படும் விதத்தில் ஒரு இயந்திரத்தை அசட்டு துணிச்சலுடன் அல்லது கவனக்குறைவாக பயன்படுத்துவது குற்றமாகும்.




   மனித உயிருக்கும் உடலுக்கும் அபாயம் அல்லது காயம் ஏற்படுத்தும ஒரு இயந்திரத்தை பாதுக்காப்புடனும் எச்சரிக்கையுடனும் வைத்திருக்காவிடின் அதுவும் குற்றமாகும்.


இந்த குற்றத்திற்கு ஆறு மாதங்கள் வரை சிறைக்காவல் அல்லது ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வரை அபராதம் அல்லது இரண்டும் சேர்த்து தண்டனையாக விதிக்கப்படும்.

  —Whoever does, with any machinery, any act so rashly or negligently as to endan­ger human life, or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, or knowingly or negligently omits to take such order with any machinery in his possession or under his care as is sufficient to guard against any probable danger to human life from such machin­ery, 


   shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. 

Section 288 in The Indian Penal Code

      இதச 288. ஒரு கட்டிடத்தை பழதுப்பார்க்கும் போதும் அல்லது இடிக்கும் போதும் , அந்தக் கட்டிடத்தின் பாகங்கள் சிதறி விழுவதால் மனித உயிருக்கும் உடலுக்கும் அபாயம் அல்லது காயம் அல்லது தீங்கு ஏற்படாத விதத்தில் எச்சரிக்கையுடனும் கவனத்துடனும் காரியம் செய்யவேண்டும். அப்படி செய்யாவிடில் ஆறு மாதங்கள் வரை சிறைக்காவல் அல்லது ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வரை அபராதம் அல்லது இரண்டும் சேர்த்து தண்டனையாக விதிக்கப்படும்.

   Negligent conduct with respect to pulling down or repairing buildings.


  —Whoever, in pulling down or repairing any building, knowingly or negligently omits to take such order with that building as is sufficient to guard against any probable danger to human life from the fall of that building, or of any part there­of, 


     shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. 

Section 289 in The Indian Penal Code

     இதச 289. தம் வசமள்ள மிருகத்தால் , எந்த மனிதருக்கும் உயிருக்கும் அபாயம் ஏற்படாமலும், உடலுக்கும் கொடுங்காயம் நிகழாமலும் பாதுக்காப்பதற்குத் தேவையான நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுக்கவேண்டும் . அவர் வேண்டும் மென்றே அல்லது கவனக்குறைவாகவோ அத்தகைய பாதுக்காப்பான காரியத்தைச் செய்யவில்லை யேன்றால் அவருக்கு ஆறு மாதங்கள் வரை சிறைக்காவல் அல்லது ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வரை அபராதம் அல்லது இரண்டும் சேர்த்து தண்டனையாக விதிக்கப்படும்.

Negligent conduct with respect to animal.—

   
      Whoever knowingly or negligently omits to take such order with any animal in his possession as is sufficient to guard against any probable danger to human life, or any probable danger of grievous hurt from such animal, 


   shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. 

Section 290 in The Indian Penal Code

இதச 290. இந்தப் பிரிவு களில் குறிப்பிடாத வேறு எதாவது பொதுத்தொல்லையை யாராவது புரிந்தாலும் அவருக்கு இரு நூறு ருபாய் வரை அபராதம் தண்டனையாக விதிக்கப்படும்
 

Punishment for public nuisance in cases not otherwise pro­vided for.

  —Whoever commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Code, 

  
   shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
